Put something in your shoe, like a pebble or a piece of glass. It should cause you to walk differently and the NSA won't find you as quickly looking in their surveillance cameras.

Maybe wearing two different shoes, with two different heights. Or one heavy shoe and one real light one. Or two left shoes?
